Shipping Policy


Delivery Times

Orders placed through FILAMENTAL®’s website are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the order confirmation date. However, for remote areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.For MAKE YOUR OWN products, processing time is 5 to 10 business days before shipment. Once dispatched, standard delivery times apply.

FILAMENTAL® is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or situations beyond our control. We are also not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is lost or does not arrive, FILAMENTAL® will work directly with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation. The carrier is responsible for resolving the issue, and any claims must be processed through them. If the carrier is unable to provide a solution, FILAMENTAL® will assess the case and explore possible next steps, which may include arranging a replacement shipment where applicable.


Import Duties & Taxes

For shipments to Ecuador, Europe, and other applicable countries, local customs authorities may impose import duties or taxes before delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be covered by the customer.

Typically, DHL cannot deliver packages until these fees have been paid. FILAMENTAL® has no control over these charges and is not responsible for additional fees applied by customs. Customers are advised to review their country’s import policies before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, cancellations are not accepted. However, customers may exercise their right of withdrawal where applicable. Please note that MAKE YOUR OWN products are non-refundable, as they are customized and made-to-order.

Product Exchanges

Exchange Conditions

MAKE YOUR OWN products cannot be exchanged.

If the exchange request is made before the order has been shipped and the requested item is available, the exchange may be accepted.

If the exchange request is made after the order has been shipped, the exchange will only be processed under the following conditions:

The customer covers all shipping costs, including the return of the original product and the shipment of the new product.

The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and include its original packaging.

The requested item for exchange must be available in stock.

Product Warranty

All FILAMENTAL® products come with a 2-month warranty, unless otherwise required by law. The warranty begins from the date of product delivery.To submit a warranty request, please contact info@filamental.shop with proof of purchase and details of the issue. The item may be subject to a technical review before the claim is approved.

The warranty does not cover:

Scratches, dents, or marks due to normal wear and tear

Damage caused by drops, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs

Failure to follow product care instructions

If the product qualifies for a warranty claim, FILAMENTAL® may choose to repair, replace, or refund the item. If repairs are needed after the warranty period expires, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs.

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities deemed inappropriate by FILAMENTAL®, including but not limited to:

Violating personal privacy or legal rights

Defaming FILAMENTAL® or third parties

Uploading files containing viruses or malware

Publishing unauthorized content that may harm FILAMENTAL® or third parties

Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

FILAMENTAL®’s website, products, and content are intended for Colombian consumers. Any dispute or claim arising from the use of this website is governed by Colombian law and falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of Colombian courts.
